Our Origins

A Vision Born Out of Compassion & Solidarity

In 2026, in Thrissur, Kerala, a group of young people came together with a shared vision of serving society with compassion, dignity, and responsibility. Muhammadiyah Charitable Trust was founded with the initial aim of providing food and essential support to deserving individuals and families.

What began as a small initiative driven by a few young volunteers has gradually grown into a wider humanitarian effort, reaching more than 400 people through food assistance and other forms of social support. Today, our work focuses on orphan welfare, family support, food distribution, and community welfare.

We support orphan families, vulnerable households, and people facing financial hardship or lacking adequate support, while working to build sustainable systems of care within communities. Our broader objective is not only to provide immediate assistance, but also to strengthen families, promote social welfare, and extend meaningful humanitarian service across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and India.
